Meet with one of our Talent Specialists to discuss your background, motivations, and experience.
Stage 4

Hiring Manager Interview

You'll meet with the prospective hiring manager, and dig deeper into relevant skills and suitability. 
Stage 5

Values Interview

Finally, you'll meet with a panel of Freetraders from various departments to assess how you align to our Values, and how you can add to our culture. 
Stage 6

Final Interview

This will be an (up to) 45 minute interview with the department lead, who will probe experience against the function, give a wider view of the org and ultimately be the final interviewer before we make a decision on outcome.
