You'll meet with the prospective hiring manager, and dig deeper into relevant skills and suitability.

Onsite Interview
We'll assess your technical skills in a panel-style interview.
- Stage 4
Values Interview
Finally, you'll meet with a panel of Freetraders from various departments to assess how you align to our Values, and how you can add to our culture.
- Stage 5
Executive Final Interview
In this final interview, you’ll have the chance to meet a member of our Executive team.
As part of this final assessment, the interviewer will want to understand how clearly you see your potential role here and how you believe you can contribute to Freetrade’s goals and long-term success. This is a more holistic conversation, designed to dig deeper into how you would be a strong fit — not just technically and culturally, but also in terms of mindset, impact, and alignment with our mission.
