Hiring Manager Interview

he interview will consist of an exploratory conversation about your background (what you have been responsible for in your recent roles, what you have implemented, projects you’ve worked on) coupled with some questions based upon your previous environments. 
Stage 5

Technical Leadership Interview

This stage will be a deep dive into your technical leadership capabilities, including how you run your current team from a technical standpoint, and the systems that they own. This stage will involve a back and forth discussion around wider application architecture, different application layers etc. and the benefits & advantages of certain technologies over other technologies so expect to discuss a wide range of tech.

Values Interview

An open discussion assessing with our cultural values in mind (Candid, Curious, Focused, Gritty, Humble) covering topics including why you might wish to join Freetrade, how you like to work, how you've overcome failure in the past, what you've done when things have been tough/things break etc.
